Couples Counseling

Couples counseling is a process through which a couple works with the therapist in a non-bias and non-judgmental settings to help them identify and resolve specific areas of conflict.  Couples may be in any state of their relationship: dating, engaged, married, partnered.

The couple will work together to develop a plan of action on ways to improve their relationship so each person is satisfied individually as well as in the partnership.

Couples will explore how their individual backgrounds, belief systems, thoughts, behaviors, and world-views may have been impacting their current relationship in both positive and negative ways. The therapist will be there to help facilitate healthy discussions between the partners, guiding their conversation in a productive way.  With good communication, The couples and therapist will work on developing helpful strategies that will help to enhance long-term results and promote proactivity, a healthy lifestyle and overall, satisfaction in the relationship.
