Feelings are sometimes hard to explain and even harder to deal with. Gaining an understanding of why you feel a certain way can help you regain control over yourself and how you respond to these feelings.

EVERYONE feels the same emotions- happiness, sadness, anger, etc.  However, not all us express them the same way.  Also, not everyone contains the tools to know how to deal with them.

Your story is unique. Your emotions are yours. It’s time to express just how you truly feel about things vs how you think society expects you to behave.
